Our client is a Top 40 firm with offices across the nation and is regarded as a top employer. They are currently recruiting for a 4+ PQE casualty fraud associate to join their Manchester office. This role is open to 4+ PQE casualty solicitors looking to move into a casualty fraud role.
Your new role
This casualty fraud solicitor role will see you responsible for your own caseload of fast and multi-track claims receiving instructions from insurers and insureds. This role will primarily include EL, PL and Highways law but may also include housing disrepair and property damage.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PQE within a defendant casualty position. Applicants with strong Casualty Fraud experience are preferred. Those with strong defendant EL/PL experience will also be considered. You must have a strong working knowledge of EL/PL, highways and housing law. Good drafting, communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential. You must have a keen interest in Casualty Fraud work.
